Structure  
For better safety, structure designed for the highest seismic considerations for high rise structures as stipulated by the Indian codes (with aluminium form work).

1. Foyer / Living / Dining / Family Lounge

• Flooring: Italian marble finished vitrified tiles
• Walls: Acrylic emulsion paint finish (Dulux, Asian Paints, Nerolac or equivalent)
• Ceiling: Cove with OBD paint

2. Bedrooms

• Flooring: Laminated wooden flooring in master bedroom; vitrified tiles in all other bedrooms
• Walls: Acrylic emulsion paint finish (Dulux, Asian Paints, Nerolac or equivalent)
• Ceiling: Cove ceiling with OBD
• Wardrobes: Provided in all bedrooms except store room

3. Kitchen

• Flooring: Anti-skid vitrified tiles
• Walls: Tiles up to 2’-0” above counter and acrylic emulsion paint in balance areas
• Ceiling: Cove ceiling with OBD
• Counter: Granite
• Modular Kitchen: Cabinets under and over counter
• Sink: Double bowl SS sink (Cera, Hindware, Carysil or equivalent)
• Appliances:
  -Only chimney piping to be done
  -3-litre instant geyser (Bajaj, Havells, Crompton, AO Smith, Racold or equivalent)
  -10-litre RO water purifier (Kent, Aquaguard, Livpure, Pureit RO, AO Smith or equivalent)

4. Lobby / Staircase

• Ground Floor Lobby: Marble on ground floor; anti-skid vitrified tiles on balance floors
• Staircase: Marble on ground to first floor; granite from first to above floors
• Walls: Acrylic emulsion paint finish (Dulux, Asian Paints, Nerolac or equivalent)
• Ceiling: OBD
• Railing: MS railing

5. Doors & Windows

• Main Apartment Door: Teakwood finish modular door
• Internal Doors: Modular / skin-moulded doors, polished or painted
• External Doors & Windows: UPVC / aluminium powder-coated

6. Toilets

• Flooring: Anti-skid ceramic tiles
• Walls: Tiles up to ceiling height
• Ceiling: Grid false ceiling
• Sanitary Ware / CP Fittings: Jaguar, Hindware, Grohe, American Standard, Roca, Kohler or equivalent
• Fittings & Fixtures: Shower partitions, towel ring, towel rail, health faucet, toilet paper holder
• Exhaust Fan: Bajaj, Crompton Greaves, Havells, Orient, Usha or equivalent
• Geyser: 25-litre (Bajaj, Havells, Crompton, AO Smith, Racold or equivalent)
• Safety: Panic button in all bedrooms

7. Balconies
