PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS

STRUCTURE

• R.C.C. framed structure.
• Anti-termite treatment will be provided.
• Designed seismic-resistant structure zone III using 500 Steel TMT bars.
   

WALL FINISHES

• Internal walls in the living, dining, bedrooms, kitchen, toilet, and lobby will be finished with 1 coat of primer, 2 coats of putty, and plastic emulsion.
• False ceiling will be given in living and dining room and rest of the villa will be finished with 2 coats of putty and emulsion.
• Exterior faces of building will be finished with 1 coat of primer and 2 coat of emulsion (ace/apex as per architects specifications).
• Toilet walls will be finished with glazed ceramic tiles.

FLOORING

• Living, dining, bedrooms and kitchen will have 2x2 feet of vitrified tiles.
• A staircase will be laid with Granite and SS railing.
• The terrace will be laid with matt-finish ceramic tiles.

KITCHEN

• The kitchen will be given with a granite slab and 2 feet tiles.
• Provision for chimney will be provided.
• SS sink will be provided.
• CP fitting will be Hindware/Jaguar or equivalent.

BATHROOMS

• Floor-mounted WC with cistern and health faucet will be provided.
• A wall-mounted / Floor-mounted wash basin will be provided.
• All CP fitting will be parryware/hindware / Jaguar or equivalent.
• All sanitary fittings will be parryware/hindware / Jaguar or equivalent.
• Concealed water mixture with shower for hot and cold water.
• Provision for Geysers will be provided in all bathrooms.
• Provision for exhaust will be provided in all bathrooms.

DOOR AND WINDOW

• All doors and frames will be wooden/laminated on both sides.
• All windows will be wooden/UPVC framed/Colour Coated Steel
